Peter Westwood and Jeff Van Campen have kindly started summarising the links and info from day 1 of WordCamp UK 2008 over on the wiki - good work, I couldn’t keep up on the blog guys!
I have also amended this information into the 2008 Event Hub page on the blog website. Thank you to all our speakers for sharing some fantastic stuff today and roll on tomorrow!
Also, I think everyone who went to The Old Royal this evening can congratulate John Bounds on transforming himself into the perfect quizmaster! The pub was great (and served Kronenbourg, so I was personally happy!) T-shirts where up for grabs, with some of the funniest prizes - including a 5 1/4″ disk (disk 2 of 2!), a zx81 programming book… absolute genius, good work fella!
I would kindly request that all speakers add their relevant links to the wiki, so it can be collected together in one place. I will periodically update the blog Event Hub page with this information to ensure it is kept up-to-date and provide a central repository of the information.
